My eyes have been opened – Yamp River Trip Review

A Whitewater Rafting Trip In Dinosaur National Monument On The Yampa River

DSCF1890The guides were very informative and knowledgeable, a delight to be with. I enjoyed having experts around to answer my questions and to open my eyes to a world I knew little of. Guides of Holiday Expeditions and of the Nature Conservancy were super. Your guys’ meals are five star. How you managed to make such good stuff all the time is beyond me. The Filets / Salmon on the last night were fantastic. I very much appreciated the abundance of fresh things and fruit. This was a wonderful trip, so informative and so relaxing. I have recommended you to several people who inquired about our experience. You guys are the tops!

Yampa River Rafting

The Yampa is one of the last free flowing rivers of the west. It’s dramatic striped canyon walls appear at every bend. Within those canyon walls is an abundance of wildlife, and a healthy ecosystem. Enjoy Warm Springs Rapid, one of the most well known rapids among river runners in Utah, followed by Echo Park where the Yampa meets the Green. There you will get the opportunity to swim at the confluence and feel the temperature change from one river to the next. If you’re looking for an early season trip, the Yampa is the place for you.
