To receive a 4% discount on your trip balance use a check, e-check, Zelle or cash and simply deduct the ‘Convenience Fee’ from your invoice! Make sure to get your alternate payment to us by the 90 day out payment deadline; otherwise, you will still be automatically charged 80 days out from your trip launch.
Send a Zelle Payment
Zelle is a money-moving service offered by most banks. Zelle can be found via your banking app on your mobile device. Holiday River Expeditions is registered with Zelle at this email address: confirmations.holidayriver@gmail.com. In the notes field, you may put the trip launch date, and the type of trip you are on. Example: June 3rd, Cataract Canyon.

Drop off a Check / Pay with Cash
If you live near Salt Lake, and prefer to drop off a check or pay with cash, you may do so at our administrative office. The Salt Lake office is open Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Please give us a quick phone call before you plan to drop by! Office Phone: (801) 266 – 2087. We like to get a feel for when you’ll be stopping by – to ensure our little park lot isn’t blocked-off by a trailer filled with rafting gear etc. 🙂

Send an E-Check
To send a check electronically, access your trip confirmation email. In the confirmation email, under the section ‘Manage Your Reservation’, you will find a link to a payment portal. From here, you will be prompted to confirm whether you are paying a deposit or a total balance. Next, under the ‘Payment Method’ section, select E-Check.
You will be prompted to provide the name on your account, the name of your bank, the routing number, the account number and the type of account. From there, check a box that ensures you understand the cancellation policy. When you are ready to initiate payment, select the ‘Process Payment’ button.
