I want to thank you and everyone in your fine company for the fantastic "Cataract Canyon" six-day trip I enjoyed on August 18-23, 1996.

First, I want to compliment you on the attention-to-detail organization of the trip. Put-in, take-out, camp set-up, meals...everything seemed to take place effortlessly. Especially on the first day, such a smooth performance really gave us "city folks" confidence right from the start that we were in good hands...which was a comfortable feeling as we headed off into the unknown (to us) wilderness.

As for Mark, Rachel, Heather, and Peter...I can't rave enough. It was obvious that our crew was well trained and very professional in their approach to every aspect of the trip. The crew was fun, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service "with a smile"...from before sunup to sundown. This was not only a pleasure trip. It was also a learning experience. Our crew shared their knowledge of history, geology, biology, plus their passion for protecting the ecology of the rivers.

My thanks to you for your efforts in finding top people and carefully planning enjoyable river trips that combine exciting whitewater rafting, relaxing oar-powered exploration on flat water, hikes to interesting sites and vistas, pristine camp sites, plus an impressive variety of delicious and well-balanced meals. No wonder you have enjoyed 30+ years of success. It is well deserved.

I will always remember this adventure trip and the great guides who made it happen. I hope to return for another of your trips in the future.
