I want to take this opportunity to offer you my gratitude for a recent Lodore Canyon-Green River trip which I took through your company. The purpose of this letter is to commend both Kerry Jones and Josh Ray for their superb participation and leadership on that trip. Kerry, as leader of the team, made the trip most comfortable and secure for my ten-year-old daughter and me -- both of us had never camped out like this before. We felt confident in his decisions, in his steady guidance, and throughout the four days his good decisions on what to do and how to do it.

In particular, we had an extraordinary experience with Josh Ray, whose raft we were on. He was so good for my young daughter in explaining many of the sights and the ins and outs of raft life. In particular, as we had to scout certain rapids, her "New York trepidations" were easily pacified by Josh and his good nature and sound directions.

Both of these young men are extraordinary examples of what your company is all about. I look forward to being on another Holiday trip -- we are thinking about the Yampa trip in June.
