Holiday is happy to serve a diverse population of groups. From families, school and universities groups, alumni associations, and burn unit patients to the Sierra Club, Young President’s Organization and Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee, Holiday has accommodated groups of all types and sizes. We are happy to organize charter trips for groups. In a charter trip environment, our trip planners and guides can better customize the trip itinerary to meet the group’s trip activities and expectations.

Groups of 10 or more qualify for Holiday’s group rates. Group rates may be used on a regularly scheduled trips or charter trip situations. Back to top
For most of Holiday Expeditions’ trips the maximum group size is 25, though there are some river sections that allow for more guests and some that require a fewer number of people. Typically we require a minimum of 20 to charter a trip. With the countless number of trips that Holiday has run in the last 40 years, we have learned that many groups easily achieve their group expectations on regularly scheduled trips. Holiday’s trip planning specialists do their best to direct other guests with similar interests and expectations to trips with a group direction.Back to top
