A deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation; balance is due 60 days before your trip begins. If cancellations are made prior to 90 days before the trip, monies will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge per person. If cancellations are made within 90 days and outside of 45 days of the trip date monies will be refunded less a $100.00 service charge per person. Cancellations made within 45 days of the trip date are non-refundable. Prior to 45 days to trip date we will transfer reservations to another trip in the same year with a $25.00 per person service charge. These policies apply to Utah and Idaho trips only. Grand Canyon and Baja cancellation policies vary and will be noted when booking, and on your confirmation statement. All policies will be enforced and we strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. Ask us about a brochure with applications. Cancellation of a trip is very unlikely. But, we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to river or weather conditions or the lack of sufficient reservations. A full refund will be made if such is the case.
All river equipment including waterproof bags for your personal belongings. Full course meals from lunch the first day to lunch the last day. Transportation from the meeting point to trip, and return to original meeting point, except for Grand Canyon trips. Scenic charter flights on all Desolation Canyon, Tavaputs Ranch, Main Salmon and Hell's Canyon trips. All National Park, B.L.M., and Forest Service fees, except for Main Salmon, San Juan, Desolation and Westwater trips. Please bring your own liquor, beer and wine. You can rent a sleeping kit. We offer two types of rental kits: rental with a two-man tent or rental without the tent. Both kits include a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, camp pillow, ground cloth, poncho, and cup. All rates do not include state sales tax.
Holiday Expeditions, Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah, its affiliates, and cooperative agents, act only as agents for the passenger with respect to transportation, hotels, and automobile contractors. They exercise every care possible, but cannot be held responsible for personal injury in connection with the service of any conveyance which is used in carrying out this tour, nor are they responsible for delay, accident, sickness, loss of personal property, natural disaster or additional expenses due to weather, disruption of advertised schedules or other causes beyond their control. Unforseen conditions may necessitate tour changes, and the right is reserved to make such changes or withdraw the trou as deemed advisable. The right is also reserved to refuse to accept or retain any passenger on any tour at any time. While every effort is extended to ensure an enjoyable trip, wilderness expeditions are physically demanding with inherent risks beyond our control. All expeditions are in remote terrains with no immediate access to modern medical care. Holiday Expeditions does not assume liability for injury to passengers or loos of personal belongings. All participants are required to read and sign a release form prior to their trip. We offer trips requiring various degrees of fitness. We are not qualified to evaluate your fitness, so you must evaluate your fitness as appropriate for any given trip. We recommend all participants have a medical check-up and be in good health. Trip insurance and/or medical and/or trip cancellation insurance is available on a vacation plan. Please ask us for details.
