When you're taking a trip that starts on the left bank of the middle of
nowhere you can't count on the local market, so we make weekly trips to
the wholesaler and truck the food in ourselves. Everything is fresh,
natural, delicious. Sue Holladay brings 40 years of river running and
cooking experience to the menus that can accommodate everyone's tastes
or dietary needs. Our guides turn the recipes into "to die for" dishes
that you'll be longing for when you return home.Every morning, our guides rise early to brew fresh hot coffee and prepare a hot breakfast made-to-order omelettes, fresh blueberry pancakes or other great morning starters. Lunches are served river or trail side, deli style. Freshly made appetizers lead into delicious camp dinners prepared with either dutch-oven mastery or camp culinary expertise. All you have to do is sit back and eat...go on, have some more!
